What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new watch experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of receiving your order. All items returned must be in original packaging, original condition, and unused.

What’s the returns process?
If  you need to return an item, please email us and we will forward you a return label for return shipment. Once your return is received and inspected in our facilities, your refund will be processed and your credit card will be credited at full purchase price of item(s) returned; excluding sales taxes. The credit processing will take place within 5-7 days.

All items returned must be in original packaging, original condition, and unused.
